After installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
Now I set to left position, but when I set to center position, my picture is not on all width. Picture has 1080 px width.
Also how can I create the circle with picture which are presented in example?

Hello DIAGCOMPL,
You have to set the bootstrap column size parameter to 0 instead 12 columns, this parameter you can find under the extension advanced options tab, as well you have to change your images width to at least 2000px width.
But our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Hi, I am using AS slider module 1.0.0 which came installed with template AS002059. Joomla 3.4.1.
My first question is: is this the free version of AS slider, or the premium? The version number seems out of date, and there is no update available so I presume it is the free version. There is only one version number for AS slider on your website so maybe it is for the free version?
My second question is: On my website I am trying to use 2 instances of AS slider on the same page, in different module positions. However when I publish the second AS slider and refresh the page, the whole page goes blank. Source code inspection shows a blank, empty html page. Why is this? Can't I have 2 AS slider modules on the same page? Would this be fixed if I upgraded to the premium AS slider?

Hi guys, were you able to have a look into this, I provided the login details.
In Extensions-Module Manager, if you publish "Finishing Touch slideshow" and reload the 'Our Labels' page the screen will be blank as 2 ASsliders are published on the same page.
Likewise, if you publish "Casual Chic slideshow" and reload the 'Our labels' page the screen will be blank as 2 AS sliders are published on the same page.
I need to have 3 ASsliders active on the page, 1 alongside Casual Chic text, one alongside Luxe Nights text and 1 alongside Finishing Touch text.

We can't preview your website, there is only splash page with under construction message, please remove it.
Also, I have never received any email notifications of your comments even when I tick the 'Notify me when a comment is posted' box? Is this feature not working?

The issue with blank page is fixed, unfortunately the current slider version designed to have one instance per page.
Our developers are going to make some changes soon in case to have multiple slides working on one page.
How soon will the developers be able to make the changes? Today? I need to show this to the client today, so if it is not going to be fixed in the next couple of hours then I will try installing another slideshow component so I can have multiple slideshows on the page.

There was jQuery conflict between the slider and Social Media Links Slider, we disabled it.
I purchased once the 046 templates with the artslider included. Now i made my website in multilanguage and the slider just does not load the images. i have really tried all but it seems something is missing. can you maybe help me? I could give access to admin, thanks a lot
