Hi, I've AS ArtSlider version 1.0. I reinstalled the component and not works. Same results.

my As ArtSlider came with template AS002026 and doesn't work. I just see the moving circle and nothing is happening. I tried to reinstall it, but it doesn't work yet. I think, that there are more people having the same problem. Would it be possible getting an update?

The latest version is always comes with the template package, our suggestion is to install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview.

thank you for the answer, but tried to install the whole template for several times. It never looks like your demo preview. I'm missing the pictures and the modules for example ASmenu and Artslider have no position, partially do not work, and some of the extensions are not possible to be installed. I also do not see the pictures of the demo preview by unzipping the template on my localhost.

Please carefully read the template documentation, the template package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
I'm using the artslider (ver. 1.0) together with the template 2052 (ver 1.0.1)
The problem is the artslider is only showing a picture on the main plage. On the subpages the running circle is all that gets displayed on the artslider.
I'm aware that my subscription is expired and i want to buy again, but i need to know if i can just buy the artslider or I would have to get the whole template again... (and make all the manual changes to it also...)
On your demo on template 2064 this extension does not have an opaque box and the text moves in different ways and positions. I bought the module expecting there to be more options than in the free version but there does not seem to be any.
If you would like to have your site exact like our demo preview you must to install it using quick-start installation package, it will save a lot of your time.

appeare the text, the button read more, and not link to the page assigned. Also the hand for click not appeare but remains the arrow.

Hi! I am using template as 0063 which comes with as art slider. How can I get it to work with Flexicontent CCK? Ebver since I installed this, the slider cant find the images in the articles.
