Hi I have installed the as art slider in the template AS002059 and everything works except the order of the articles.

I have ordered the articles in the prefered order (the one with full text last) but it does not work. I did change the ordering in the module to "ordering"

Even when I change the ordering to Published date. it does not show the articles in that order ( I opened and saved the documents in the desired order for that purpose)

Can you help me because the order is very important here.

You have set slider ordering by article create date, the date was the same for all articles, after changing the date the ordering is working just fine.

for one, the ordering would have to be vice versa the creation date ( that is to show first slider 1, than 2 etc. )

But two, it still does not work with the option "ordering".

If you can tell me how you changed the creating date it would probably also work for me.

Just checked the articles ordering is also working, we replaced the ordering of slider 4 with 5, for how to order articles please see the following page:

The creating date you can change under an article Publishing tab.

I buy and use your 002055 template with the as artslider. But if I look at my mobile phone my page with the artslider ignore the slider, I see only my text. Can you help please???? Thanks

Mobile devices do not have enough space for the slider and as result it is disabled as you can see on the demo preview page: https://www.astemplates.com/itempreview-iphone-portrait/210

Hi there,
Once I had a trouble with ArtSlider that you had fixed. It works perfectly now on my main domain http://firstconsulting.com.ua
But when I set it up on the subdomain http://start2.firstconsulting.com.ua I've got the same problem as previously. I've already removed all files from /modules/mod_as_artslider directory of the subdomain and replaced them with those from the main domain's directory, no effect.
Can you help please?

Добрый день! Не грузится слайдер на главной странице. Пыталась заменить фото из вашего модуля на свои в папке, чтобы наверняка. Показывает колесо загрузки, а фото не грузятся.

Hello, i want the art slider to disappear, after klicking on the "read more" button in the slider to open the whole article, the menu assignment art slider module refers to home only, but it unfortunately appears when the article is open, can anybody give me advice?
