Our suggestion is to download the latest template version from your AS account, unzip it, take the slider from extensions folder and reinstall it.

Hi, I've AS ArtSlider version 1.0. I reinstalled the component and not works. Same results.
They are any version to fix this behavior on joomla 3.4.4?
