On the Home Page, I shall recover from the folder images / SampleData / asimages / slider, but by what criterion? Why slide01.jpg, slide2.jpg, slide3.jpg and not the other? Many thanks for your answer.

The extension displays article's intro images with the article title and intro text. These articles you can find in your Joomla admin panel -> Content -> Article Manager page under 'Slider Home' category.
