I want to have the picture on the RIGHT side (text left). Changes to "Alignement" seem to have no effect. Please help me.

Your site is not reachable.
All changes can be done by editing css files only, you can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Mozilla or Opera Fireblug plugin:
