Secondly can i add or do you happen to know of a plugin that i can use to live stream via this template if this is possible at all since due to the pandemic alot of students are doing remote sessions!

For live stream, you should use 3-party live stream and online embed to website with your embed code, Joomla! don't have any live stream extension, recommend you with Zoom or Facebook Live Stream with your yoga student group.
