Joomla! Template 002035 - Item Support

We already did that and we couldn't find an issue.
However, using other templates this works just fine.
It's no module.

We guessed there's something in the templates index.php but couldn't find any http content or other stuff that could cause this.

It's not really referring to any code neither giving any line or file he tries to include.

Did other customers experienced similar issues?
Would you mind taking a look at the index.php or our website and see what's wrong?

Yes it doesn't. Thats what we tested first.
I was asking if anyone else had the problem or if you might could have a quick view over the index.php.

This seems just to happen to this template, there is no log files we can check on what's causing the issue.

I have been using this template for a long time and I like it very much. That's why I decided to buy a new version.
I had not seen that there was an option "Renew License".
Is it possible to use this option, even though I have already paid the higher price?
Otherwise I have to organize the whole page again.

I purchased the premium version for Joomla 2.5 some years ago.
Now I have upgraded the joomla version and I want to reinstall the new version of template 002035.
How can I do?

I want to buy 002035. Does the newsletter works? Also when you look at the template before demo viewing you see a write up at the left of the slideshow image on the home page ( https://imghostr.com/BXpffLn8A) but when you view the image, its not there. Why is that? There is an image on the user section when you view the demo(https://imghostr.com/MO2dq4Saq). It doesnt look nice. Can it be removed? And more importantly, can you assist in installing the template? Thanks

Check the image as per screenshot https://imghostr.com/HF5rqL1he clearly. You will see a shadow like an L turned clockwise at 90 degree from the second box. Is there no way it can be removed?
