Hello Mallorca,
You have to download the package from your AS Template account.
The update should fix the issue with showing bg image on the home page.
Regards, AS Team.
I'm sorry, but the updated files doesn't fix the bug with the background image. To wast no more time I have to accept this...
Another feature I'm missing (also on all your sites) is an "go to top" button. This is a standard on other templates.

Hello.
After reading "How to add a new Article to your template" I still have a question.
I see that after having disabled Tiny Mce editor it is possible to add <div>, classes... but because there is neither header nor body in the code, where should I put the CSS to define classes and how to link it in the code?
Thanks.

Hello gatjoomla,
You have to add it into the Custom CSS area in the template parameters.
I bought a really good template called "asj35" but I can't set the design that you show us in demo "http://astemplates.com/content/asj35/index.php" so I would like a guide to do that or if you could give me the administrator access to check how you create the articles or modules and set in places, or if you could give me a copy of your entire joomla site asj35 demo
To the Template - 002 035 (joomla version 2.5) I would like to add a phone number fields in the contact form, which currently only contains the fields (Name, email, subject, message). Or I would like to change the name of the field subject. Could you tell me the file and modify the method to achieve it.
Thanks

Hello toupinch,
Sorry, it can't be done through the template parameters, this is a Joomla component.
You have to manage it in the Joonla admin panel - Components - Contacts.
Dear AS Team,
I have a problem with overlapping submenu items in the premium version, and on 2012-03-12 you answered:
<Sorry, this template doesn't have option for submenu in sidebars. It should be developed.>
I'm rather irritated, maybe I don't understand what you mean because of a language problem?
A menu with superiour, secondary ... levels SHOULD be possible in a template for which I paid, because it's basic configuration. And so was your first answer on 2012-03-11:
<In the premium version it should be OK>
Maybe I misunderstand you???

Hello Tamila15,
There is a submenu option for the top main menu only. we are sorry, but there is no such option for the side menus.
Hi, i would like to ask you about the problem i have with top menu loading. Some times (not always) it takes to long to load the top menu and i notice that in status bar shows "loading1.widdit.com" or "loading2.widdit.com" or "loading3.widdit.com" and etc. After a few seconds the menu loads but sometimes not loads at all. After entering the site press F5 6-7 times to see the problem more quickly. www.spartal.gr
