I am still working on the site offline, so unfortunately can't show it to you at this moment.
To clarify my question.
In Joomla one has to choose a menu item as the default 'home' menu item (tagged with an orange star in the Joomla Menu Items overview). On the website if this menu item is clicked on, it goes to the homepage, in the demo that is the page: http://www.astemplates.com/content/asj36/
In the demo and also on my website the logo already links to this page. Unlike in the demo I have a mainmenu with this 'home' menu item included and shown. Since the logo already links to the homepage, I don't want this menu item to appear in my mainmenu.
So I was wondering how you managed to hide this 'home' menu item from the mainmenu. I hope my question is clear. If not I could send you a screenshot for further clarification.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Kind regards,
Sebastiaan.

Hello BASRUIGROK,
You can create two menus, one for the splash page only and the second for all other pages.
Hi,
I would like to use Polish characters in the headings/menus. In the template default settings Cufon - Antipasto is selected. When I change it to Tahoma all is OK and Polish characters are there. How can I use Cufon - Antipasto font with Polish characters?
Regards,
Dagy

Hello DAGYPLUS,
We are sorry, the Antipasto font doesn't support Polish characters, you have ti use another font.
I have purchased the template/ Downloaded it. Sent it to a server to tmp folder/ Unziped it and tried to install it in Joomla but I got the following message:
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Path does not have a valid package.
What's up?

Hello BKROLCZYK,
You have to install file named: as002036-premium.zip
How do I assign a menu to a splash page? How do I make one page a splash and the other not?
The whole menu assignment section from "Template Manager: Edit Style" does not seem to do anything.

Hello BKROLCZYK,
The splash page should be created as a 'Default Home Page' with menu item type 'Featured Articles', please put Leading Articles, Intro Articles, Columns and Links to 0 (zero).
Thank you for your reply. I am not getting a notification in my email when you have replied. That's why I'm a little late.
I am not that familiar with the technology, so could you please elaborate a little more.
If you have the menu for the splash page, that one needs to include the 'home' menu item (like stated in the Joomla application with a yellow star), right? Somehow this item doesn't show on the splash page of the demo. The other menu items like HOME referring to the next page, FEATURES, SERVICES etc. are shown. The function of the 'home' menu item seems to be taken over by the logo on the splash page.
I don't get how creating two different menus leads to the hidden 'home' menu item...
Thanks in advance again for your reply.
Kind regards, Sebastiaan.

Hello BASRUIGROK,
Can you please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page and provide with an access to the Joomla admin panel, we will check the menu and create a new if needed.
The Submenus do not appear with mouse over. The appear only with klicking with the mouse on it. And then only the mouse over function works in this only selected menupoint. Are there settings to make it all with mouse over ? Thats what i want. lg manuela

In the demo of http://www.astemplates.com/content/asj36/ I don't see the Joomla default 'home' menu item referring to the first page that opens.
Because the logo's already refer to this page I want to get rid of this menu item in the main menu too. How can I do this?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Kind regards,
Sebastiaan.
