There are a lot of changes done by you or your developer on your website, our suggestion is to perform backup before any changes.
I bought two times for the same web this template. I have 4.1.1 template version and I don't know why (I think joomla update), the form in the web "hours and contacts" disapear .
This is my web with the problem

I just bought this beautiful 002036 template and after the quickstart installation procedures done I launched the website to have a look into the standard template data. However, I didn't see the beautifull main menu with the icon on the top and the main site options on the right just below the top site title.
Could you help me to activate this from menu page. Other pages are working just like the demo template site.

The Joomla package can not be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla.
Yes I unpacked, and checked the help documentation. I am installing the template with the file as002036_quickstart.zip, as described in the document. But the same generates the error message reported.
I am using the Joomla version 3.8.1, Portuguese Language

You cannot install the quick-start installation package via Joomla Extension manager, the package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
Please carefully check the template installation documentation: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/117-002036
What you can see is that the background of the main item "Holistic Touch Energietechnieken" is now moved down two lines after creating the three sub menu items. The more sub menu items are created, the more the main menu item's background is moved bdown.
In your demo I only see menus with "main menu items". Should these sub -menu items work with the template?

I'll update the template anyhow, because the last update done by me was already 3 years ago and I saw that improvements were done in the mean time.
So, please have a look if sub menu items can work with this template.

Currently you have template version 4.0.0, since the version 4.0.0 there were 5 updates, you have to replace updated files accordingly to release log: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-news/117-002036
Please do not forget about backup in case if you or your developer made any changes in the updated files.

I've bought the template in 2013 and it worked fine until now.
Recently, I wanted to create sub menu items under the main menu items. See:

I already found the following by using the F12 developer tools:

Unchecking the line " background-position: left;" in the F12 modesolves the issue, but I don't know if that has side effects on other things.
This is still v 4.1.0, but I just checked version 5.2 and it looks the same.I'll install that version later this week.
