Hello, there is a problem showing up concerning the immediate update of the shopping cart and the jquery popup after clicking the add-to-cart-button. I installed the template manually - not using the quickstart package - and the template is not the standard template of the site (only used for the shop). The standard template is AS002039. I have recently purchased the Joomla! 2.5 VirtueMart Template - 002049 and had a couple of questions. The modules Best Sales (position-56) and Postion 0 (position-0) are locked and giving me the following error:
Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#63).
Also on my home page http://shigadigsample.com/Joomla/ I cannot figure out how to remove the TOP PRODUCTS.

sorry but this is an operational website, so that it is not possible to use the quick start option. Using the quick start option would mean to reinstall the site for new.
I think it is an issue with the jquery - don't You have an idea how to resolve a jquery-problem? It should be a standard error.

Template Installation: The directory "install" is already used by another template. The same template should be reinstalled?
There´s no button (yes/no). Please tell us exactly what to do now and how to install the new version over.

Yes, you have uninstall it first, please do not forget to make backup before updating.
The pop-up window "The product has been added to the cart" is not displayed by clicking on "Add to cart".
