After updating to Joomla 5 and the latest template, I found out that the view on the smartphone is not correct. Page shifted, too big, very bad display.
With the default joomla template the page fits.
For this reason I have installed the KickStart on a page http://test2.tobiasdammert.de/index.php and tested it with the one provided by AS.
Here the look is also bad.
On the PC the display is ok - on a mobile browser (Samsung Galaxy S23) it does not fit
Can you please check this and fix it with an update
Thanks

Hello TOBIASDAMMERT,
The issue is fixed, please download the latest version from your AS account and reinstall it. Please let us know if you will have any problems.
I updated my website www.heemkundehorn.nl from Joomla 3 to 4.
The version of my template 002050 is 2.0, which causes the website to give an error. I want to update my template by going to extensions, install extension and then upload the newest version of the 002050 template. When I try to do that, I get te error message: Installing extension: an other template uses the mapname: [ROOT]/templates/as002050 already.
How to fix this issue? How do I update my template correctly?

Hello WOUTERSIMONS1995,
Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option for updating templates, in your case you have to uninstall your old template version and install the new.
Hello HOLGERKULL,
It seems you have some problem with cache on your server, or something else. We cannot make any changes with your default template AS002050, even when we are changing it to 'Casatopia' or just created new template 'Physiotherapie' it still shows 'AS002050' on front end.
Thanks for your reply.
I tried your solution. I succesfully deinstalled the template, but I still can’t install the new one. I still get the error Installing extension: an other template uses the mapname: [ROOT]/templates/as002050 already.
I deleted all of the extensions of the old theme, but still get this message.
Do you have another solution?
Regards,
Wouter

Hello WOUTERSIMONS1995,
Check if the folder with the template is deleted.
It worked. I deleted the map via file manager.
However, the entire website is different now. Is does not look like how the website looked like before deinstalling the template. Any idea how to fix that? I set the template as default.

Hello WOUTERSIMONS1995,
Now you need to install and config all deleted extensions and plugins.
I forgot to mention: I installed the template, but still the appearance of the site is completely different. Am I missing something? I only installed the ZIP file of the template.

thanks for updating the template.
If I use your template the back button insde PhocaGallery is very big.
If I use the standard template I do not have the problem.

Can you also check that and fix it
Thanks

Try to add the following class to the '/templates/as002050/css/style.custom.css' file:
.pg-item-box .pg-item-box-image.pg-svg-box {
max-width: 50px !important;
}
