Hello FORLIGILLES,
Our suggestion is to install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings, the installation may save days of your time. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/188-002051
I've bought the package (not only the demo) in 2015. We went to a new provider but now we have to install the whole joomla template again.
We've tryed everything but we're getting a fault: http 500 server error.
Even if we try a new version of Joomla it's not working. I think there's a problem in the installation zip. Maybe because it's to old....
Can I get the newest installation?
With kind regards,
Linda van Hassel

Ok, I bought the newest installation but now I have another problem:
Table 'joomla.#__virtuemart_vendors_nl_nl' doesn't exist
what can I do to solve this?

Hello MOSALINDA,
First try to fix your database in your Joomla admin panel -> Extensions -> Manage -> Databases page, otherwise just copy the #__virtuemart_vendors_en_gb table to your language.
Hi there,
I purchased the AS 002051 template back in May and have deployed it on a client test website. http://176.32.230.12/energytest.co.uk/
There seems to be an issue on the responsive aspect on most pages when viewed on a mobile phone - I am using iPhone 5s. When you start to scroll, items below the header positions DROP down quite obviously. I have tried placing content in various positions, i.e. as-position-5 and as-position-6 or swapping around the order so text more at top or image module, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It always drops down.
It is very noticeable and jarring for a viewer to the site. Please, can you tell me how to fix this?
Thank you and regards
Jamie

Hello COLL8SUPPORT,
Can you please provide us with the problem screenshot? Please upload it on your server and let us know the link.
I bought this template a few months ago and try to use it now. My problem is that I create a VM Category layout menu item into the root as hidden, but the menu point appears in the AS Superfish Menu located on position: as-position-1

1st image - initial_image_mobile.png is how it looks on loading on a mobile phone. It looks pretty much as expected.
2nd image - on-scroll-mobile.png is how it looks with ANY screen movement. The image drops significantly and noticeably.
Please, can you advise how I may be able to sort?
Thanks and regards
Jamie

AS002051 is not working with PHP 7.2. Do you have any update or other solution?
Thanks. Marianne
What error message are you receiving? It is fully compatible with PHP version 7.1.11, but not tested yet with 7.2
