Hello PREMPANDEY,
This means that you have to populate your site with data before getting the same layout as the demo site. Please check the FAQs section of the template user manual.
I've installed the quickstart, but it's for joomla 3.1 and not for joomla 2.5. It's possible have the quickstart for joomla 2.5?

Hello GREENCOLLECTION,
The available quickstart is for Joomla3x alone. Due to the fact that most of the new Joomla installations are recommended to be for Joomla3x, we saw it best to include the quickstart for Joomla3x, but the template is available for Joomla3x and Joomla2.5
It's more than a week ago, I'm having same problem. could you just tall that how to solve this issue or i should look for some other solutions.
Thanks, Prem

Hello PREMPANDEY,
I believe I provided an answer, whereby I stated that you have to install the quickstart package if you wish to get the same layout as that of the demo site straight away. Otherwise, if you choose to install the template alone, you will have to populate your site with the data, as described in the template user manual. If you are having any difficulties, please send me an email with the login details to your site. Send them to the email address provided in the template user manual.
(1) Under Contact US all contact forms have Send Email buttons in hard coded Default color. It stays at the same color regardless of primary/secondary color settings.
(2) When I set Blue Color as a primary for the template, all main menu buttons stay at Default color.
Please send me a fix at your earliest convenience.
Thanks,

Hello EZGETCLOUD,
Initially, the blue colour links to the default colour. I will make an update to correct this. Meanwhile, you may use navy, pine or turquoise colours in place of blue.
Regarding the contact us page, I will make an update to remove the "hard code" so that the button changes with the profile colour change.
Thanks for the response, Yes, I did but it's still confusing to me. Let's say I don't see how to work with Unite Revolution Slider other than unpublish it.
Another question is where section's content with Twitter icon and text "We are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new look of our website. More exciting content...." comes from.
Though, these are the only spots I had time to briefly touch. Do you expect me to ask questions about all the modules same way? Why you guys didn't work on clear documentation till started selling this template? I'm not saying I don't like the template, but lack of descent explanations about it starts getting on my nerves.
The twitter content comes from my twitter handle. You may change the source of the tweets by opening the widgetkit twitter module and then replacing the username "primertemplates" with yours. Please make sure you replace the existing API security and consumer keys with yours (assuming that you already have them from twitter).
Also, kindly note that the user manual documents the use of the template. Regarding the third party extensions used, various links have been given which you may use to obtain various documentations on how to use them.
Other things like shortcodes have been given on the demo site and you may obtain them directly from the demo site or by installing the quickstart package and then replacing the content with yours. I am also in the process of including a complete and detailed documentation in the main site www.primertemplates.com
You may email us and we shall send you the updated user manual that includes the areas which you will point out. Please send an email to the address provided in the template user manual.
Hi,
I have been putting together a site locally and the template appears to work fine. However online, two things are occurring and are beyond my knowledge. At the moment it is regarding the icemenu, on your demo site when you scroll down the menu stays visible at the top of the browser page, on my site it does not and also the drop down menu appears behind the article I think. Also there appears to be a border around all module positions being used.
ANy help would be greatly appreciated

I've noticed some Joomla 3.x template issues

I've installed a template using quickstart deployment. Here what I'mm getting when trying to access some unchecked modules:
Error
Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#125).
Let me know what admin user default password is to login and checkin those.
Thanks,
Alex
To solve that issue, just click on the lock icon just before the name of that module and all will be okay.
Thank you

Please let me know what module contains code that assigns URL's to Twitter, Facebook, etc. icons
The module is named SP Social. It has been included in the download files. You may get it from the folder named "extensions."

Can you please publish template map with all the positions numbered and module names associated with these positions?
It's very difficult to decipher what you've got there. Please make my life a bit easier.
Thanks,
Sorry for the inconvenience in deciphering the module positions. Have you checked out the module positions link under the features link?
Thank you

Thanks for your help till now, though.
To begin with, here is the full documentation for unite revolution slider http://unitecms.net/joomla-extensions/unite-revolution-slider-responsive/unite-revolution-slider-instructions
