I am considering buying this template for selling artwork. I would like to know if the template can keep pace with new versions of Joomla and Akeeba backup. Some templates can't be updated with Joomla versions or extensions.

We are sorry Joomla templates cannot be automatically updated, Joomla does not have such feature yet.
In the menu “authors” after selecting an author there is a button “view all authors products” I would like to change that to the authors website url if this is not possible then remove the box.

Hi there, I purchased a 002053 Joomla VirtueMart Template, but I don't know how to install it on my host. My Joomla host is deployed at cloudaccess.net.
I have successfully installed the website(002053 - JOOMLA VIRTUEMART TEMPLATE). But when I sign up, it always shows: NOTICE Please check the captcha. What should I do?

Sorry, I didnt put my website on the internet. You can refer to this demo link(https://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002053/index.php/my-account). In my case, the "I'm not a robot" button is not displayed. So I think this a reason why that always shows" NOTICE Please check the captcha" when I click "REGISTER" trying to register a new account. In case to check this issue we must to have an access to your Joomla admin panel, the access info please put in the special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.

I did the following steps, but it still not working when I try to register a new user.
Enable:
1. Extensions - Plugins - CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA - Enable
2. System - Global Configuration - Site tab - Default Captcha - CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA
3. Components - Virtuemart - Configuration - Shop Settings - Use ReCaptcha for Registration - Enable
It shows the error message "NOTICE Please check the captcha"
Disable:
1. Extensions - Plugins - CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA - disable
2. System - Global Configuration - Site tab - Default Captcha - none selected

Hello. I am building up my website slowly but surely. However I have come across a problem. When registering a customer I find that the address entry required for “ state/Provence/region” only works if I select United States, not for other countries. It’s the same for admin and front end.
I suspect it is something to do with shopper groups as the Product Pricing says (you are in shoppergroups: Default Shopper Group)( Country: USA)(State NEY). I can’t find a way to get into a more generic group. Can you please help?
