I have installed the quickstart package, but when the site is viewed through an iPad the layout is not correct. The demo site scales nicely and dsiplays correctly, but the quickstart package does not seem to be scaling correctly for the iPad and the layout looks wrong.
What am i doing wrong?
Many thanks.

Hello WESTREER,
The default logo position is located in the left top corner of the template, there is no option to move it in other position, it should be developed, sorry.
I would like to know how I can delete or change the sentence "filter by category" in "Our services".
Thanks

Hello VIMAQUAL,
You have to edit 'en-GB.tpl_as002058.ini' file which is located in
languageen-GB folder on your server. Please look for the following string and replace with yours:
TPL_COM_CONTENT_GALLERY_FILTER_BY_CATEGORY="Filter by category"
The easiest way to show you the problem would be to send you screenshots, is this possible? Basically when I view your demo site on my iPad, the whole page is scaled to fit the screen of the iPad, when I view the QuickStart on the same iPad it does not scale the same, for example the logo remains too large, the menu, moves down and splits onto 2 lines, and position-6 moves below the blue section, rather than overlapping it, a screenshot would be best, how can I send it to you?
Thanks.

Hello CHRISINPT,
You can upload the screenshots on your server and provide us with urls.
I have a smaller problem with FAQBook Pro, thats the comment of the developer:
Any hint how can I solve the problem. Tested it on a fresh and empty 3.2.0 installation only with the template and FAQBook Pro, it is the same.

Hi Bernhard,
The left navigation problem is caused by a script in your template.
If you look at the classes of the left navigation list items (li)
you will see that the first li has a class "firstItem".
This class creates the problem. The class is not added by FAQ Book Pro but from some extension in your website or from your template.
This class does not exist in FAQ Book Pro and should not be there as it causes all the errors you mention above.
The same goes for the 'Home button'. The same class is added there too.
You must find what adds these classes and disable it.
Warm regards and thanks Bernhard

Hello, I have uploaded some screenshots taken from my iPad. http://184.154.137.146/~newawh/screenshots/asdemo.PNG shows your demo site demo that works and scales nicely, and http://184.154.137.146/~newawh/screenshots/quickstart.PNG shows the quickstart installation, which looks very different! Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello MELVYNC,
Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package?
If not, please install it, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to change any content. Please see the following page for more info:
Sorry, i don't think i was clear in my original post. I did use the quick start installer, and the template installs correctly.
The four icons i mentioned in my original post, that appear in the featured articles on the home page (solutions, analytics, stratergy and targeting) are not appropriate for the website I am designing.
I have tried to use other logos, but the backgrounds are either black or white, and not transparent like the ones in your demo articles.
My question was....where do you source your icons from, so that I can try get some icons that are better suited to the website I am designing, so that when i use them in articles like you did, i get the same effect.
I hope this is clearer.

Hello MELVYNC,
The icons you can find in the 'imagessampledataasimages' folder on your server.
I installed template with quickstart (Joomla 3.1.5) and now update to Joomla 3.2.0. All looks fine at first glance, but if you want to create a new module (empty content/custom html) or edit an existing module all menu items inside module are lost and you cannot save the the module. Using both TinyMCE and/or JCE in Joomla 3.2.0.
My fault or something else ?
Warm regards Bernhard
