this is error on the middle from the side!

Sorry, we are not using this plugin in our package, try to disable this message in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configuration -> Server by setting the Error Reporting parameter to None, or you have to contact the plugin developer.

1) How can i check if the install went well or not? Part of the Demo are shown other parts not.

I have tried to install the template, and i kind of succeded.
But i am not very happy with the result.
The installation was done with a clean setup.
Newly build DB.
No prior joomla information which needed to be migrated.
I expected using the quick_start would provide me a default looking exactly like
