It is a problem with your web-hosting.
The first step should be login to back-end and check the Global configuration -> SEO Settings. Switch off Search Friendly URLs.
But probably You or your client need short links (SEF URLs), so make this steps (it should help, but we dont give you a warranty because each server settings are different):
1. From Quickstart package unzip the htaccess.txt file
2. Rename it from htaccess.txt to .htaccess
3. Edit .htaccess with Notepad or with another editor
4. Find the line that has " ‡ RewriteBase "
5. Remove the " ‡ " sign to uncomment
6. Note: if your site is on a sub-directory the above should appear like this
7. RewriteBase /yourJoomlaRootFolder/
8. Use FTP to copy the .htaccess file to your web server
9. Enable few SEF options again in Global Configuration
10. Refresh browser and check to see if it is working.

I solved the problem by using the htaccess file as you suggested.
In addition to the modification (remove # RewriteBase) I entered to #
Options + FollowSymLinks (#options + FollowSymLinksNow)

In your installation pack is lack of file:
as002057/css/tmpl.modules.css
However, site works so please tell me in index.php link to "tmpl.modules.css" must be removed or there is something important in this file and you need put it to installation pack?
I noticed there is something wrong with AS Slider because when I set "simple addresses" in joomla 3 settings (I have 2 languages). I see inside web page code there is added "en" to img. path and leak of images:
MY_DOMAIN/en/images/sampledata/asimages/slider/slide1.jpg?1413511597402
I don't know why it adds "en" to slider path img when rest of images has normal (as on my basic language AS Slider):
MY_DOMAIN/images/sampledata/asimages/slider/slide1.jpg
Also AS Slider sometimes doesn't show images in second nesting.
When I turn off "simple addresses" it's OK.

Can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel for checking the problem with slider images? The info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.

Few pages earlier in COMMENTS I've found that BERTFELL has same issue and I applied patch "_item.php" and everything works just great:-)
btw. 1. Do you use GPU support instructions for example: CSS, javascript in your code?
2. On page http://www.webpagetest.org I see that there is poor optimization for mobile devices +css,javascript,pictures I got x2 longer time that on desktop. Do you plan implement some solutions in near future on that?

2. On mobile devices we are trying to show it like on the desktop, in the past we try to optimize our templates for mobile devices but received a lot of complains.

Hello, I just purchased this template and have two questions: It seems that only old versions of the AS Menu and AS ArtSlider modules are included in the package. Since version 1.0.0 of As ArtSlider causes problems with Joomla 3.3.6 I would like to know where I can get the updates for those modules? At least the free version v1.1.0 of As ArtSlider seems to fix the problem with multiple language URLs. But where can I get the full v.1.1.0 version without having to repurchase it??
Second Question: The As Menu has a problem on my installation: I cannot change the font color. It is always the same blue color, even if I specify another color in the module's configuration. All other things like background color work as expected. Is this fixed in As Menu v.1.0.2? In the package only v1.0.1 is included.

Hello GEOMETIX,
Just released a new version which contains a fix for the AS ArtSlider, please download it from your AS account and replace the module with the latest version.
The template's css may override the menu configuration parameters, in case to change the color you have to edit ext.asmenu.css file which is located in the template's css folder.
how can I update my Template version 1.1.0 with the new version 1.2.0 ?

The latest version you can download from your AS account and upload all template files on your server via FTP, please do not forget about backup before doing it.
Hello AS Team, thanks for your kind support. The ArtSlider is working now and I also figured out how to change the font color ot the As Menu. One final problem still remains: I cannot figure out how to change the three white and blue buttons at the bottom of the ArtSlider where you can select the page. They are white normally and blue if active. I want to change the blue color into comething else. Again the module configuration in Joomla has no effect on this and I cannot find the correct css class for that. Thanks again for your support.

i try to get this image above our footer area.
