and then I do not want to use only tempalte because the template can be obtained for free here..
is this a buying fraud ??

The template from free package and premium are different, if you need your site looks like our demo preview you must to install it using quick-start installation package.
and than quick-start installation package cannot Install because message cannot XML install fi..

The premium package includes as002057_template.zip and as002057_quickstart.zip packages.
as002057_template.zip package you have to install manulla via Joomla manage installation page, as well you have to install manually all extensions and content.
If you would like to have your website looks like our demo preview page you have to install it using quick-start zip package. The package cannot be installed via Joomla manage installation page, Joomla does not have an option, and that is a reason why you are receiving the XML installation warning, the quick-start zip package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, please carefully read the template installation documentation here: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/212-002057
