I am addressed "Article Newsflash" at position 6 as "how to" says. But some how, is quite impossible make the ?Article Title" get under the "intro picture" and the "intro picture" get over the "AS ArtSlider Home" (position 5) .... Is not about customization, is something wrong with "position-top" at module options. Or something wrong at "how to" instructions. Thanks for your time. Erik

Template 002060 produces the follwing error message
"Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /public_html/templates/as002060/includes/includes.php on line 80"
This happened after switching to PHP 7.1.
Everything was all right with PHP 7.0.

I provided your credentials in the special info area under my purchased items section of my AS account.
Currently the website is on PHP 7.0 since it is a live website and I do not want to have error messages displayed. I would be able to switch to PHP 7.1 on a short term.

Please check your website, it should be OK now.
I am not able to get the AS Slider Home to appear on my site. I just get the circle spinning like it is trying. I have followed the steps in the module configuration and just traded out the pictures for the slider.
I followed the instructions and created a new category and moved my articles over to that category as in the documentation for AS Artslider and I am still just getting the spinning wheel.

i have a big problem with the template. I deleted an article in the home area. Now the whole home area doesn't work.
This is the page:

I tried to create a new article but it doesn't work with the template. What can I do? Maybe the ID is the problem. I don't know.
Hello, I have a problem. I bought today the template Item Name: 002060. Can not install it but on Joomla. The following error message is displayed: Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 service Unavailable error Error occurred while trying to access the request.
This error message does not occur with other templates.

Check it now. Make sure all articles under slider category has Intro Image. The issue was because one of articles didn't has Intro Image.
