Joomla! Template 002060 - Item Support

Hi. Flightoffire here. I have now had to create NEW account because your 'forgot password' reset did not work SEVERAL times. I never received any password reset or anything in my in tray. In fact, I never even got an acknowledgement that I set up the original account under my flightoffire name in the first place!

Can someone there please send a reset to my flightoffire account so I can actually get back in again.

Secondly. I have now spent an ENTIRE WEEKEND trying to get your template working. It does not have all the elements/components you "help" sections says it supposed to and there are elements/components in the download that are NOT in the help page.

Did anyone there even check the help page against the actual download package at all?

I have to reinstall Joomla TWICE now just to erase the damage your template caused which I'm really not impressed aobut.

Your How To > Modules Configuration has a bunch of unhelpful stuff that does not really say anything useful. For example, it lists "hair cut", "skin care", "aroma therapy", etc., in the list of Modules yet MOST of them do not actually exist in the downloaded package! Also, I have a few Modules in your download (a paid for template I might add) that are NOT mentioned in your help page!

Also, it shows "AS Artslider Home" and "AS Artslider General" but there is NO such thing in the list of Modules. There is only "AS Art slider".

Also, the 'help' page says AS Menu but that too does not exist in the installed modules.

Lastly, simply after trying to configure the "mod_news_pro_gk5_J!3" it BROKE my entire site!!

This means I need to rip and install Jooml for a THIRD TIME!

What the hell!! This is a completely unacceptable waste of my time!

Assign a competent staff member there to help me get this sorted out (since your 'help' in the site is insufficient, or out of date) so I can get my site set up with a product I PAID for or I will require a refund and delete your files (since they are not working properly anyway.

This is unfortunate as I really like that template.

Hi.

I'll spare you the frustrating details spanning several more days, however, after a couple more attempts, with several more errors coming up, I eventually managed to get the situation sorted out with the assistance of my domain hosts. The domain with full template is now working.

Lastly, and more importantly, can someone there please FIX my original (flightoffire) account. I still can't get into it and your password reset does not work still. I have already asked for this to be fixed.

Hello AS Team,

I bought this template a few years ago.
But i have a lot of errors im my template.
Need I buy a new license to solve this problem?
And i have another question. Can i update to PhP 8.0 with this template. When i do that i have a white screen. With PHP 7.4 all is ok.

And not compatible with PhP tiger than 7.0. When I update it to 7.2 I have this error message:

I love this template and have been using it for several years. I would like to upgrade to Joomla 4. Are you considering updating the templates? When could she be?

Hi, we use the template As002060 for a Joomla-3 -Site. The template doesn't exist for Joomla 4. Is there a similar design so that we have no problems to migrate? Thanks.

Hi, we use the AS002060 with Joomla 3. Now the provider has updated the PHP-Version to 8.1 and the site do not work - is there any Update of the template which is combatible with php-version 8.1 ?
