Hello RRONDREUX,
We are sorry, we are providing support to our premium versions only. Thank You for understanding.
if i purchase this template, will it work with the current joomla release 3.4.1?
I want to start working on a website with the latest joomla and the latest hikashop. How will this template work with Hikashop? Or do you have a template for hikashop just like this?

Hello KENNY026,
Yes, it will work with latest Joomla version. Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
Hi, Jusst a quick question. How do I increase the size with of the template?.

Hello JMONTORI,
It is based on Bootstrapped framework, and the size is depends on the screen resolution, so sorry, the template doesn't have such option.
I installed your template with the quick install but all modules that use Phoca Gallery Image doesn't work ( for example "Places Arround Us"; our Expert )
Phoca the gallery module has a lot of php error, so it is impossible to configure the.

Hello POLEFORMATION,
All these notification messages you can disable in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configurations -> Server Settings panel by changing the Error Reporting parameter to 'None'.
Hi, I am looking at purchasing this template, where can I see the module positions that this template has? I can't find it in the demo, or in your user documentation.
I need to look at the module positions to make sure what I need is available before I buy the template. I read that there are 21 positions, but I would like a graphical representation of their layout. If your're not sure what I mean, go to the Rockettheme website, and look at a recent Joomla template demo, usually page "Module Positions" under the "Features" menu of the demo.
I have bought the premium template Joomla! 3 Bootstrapped. I should unzip the folder. This I have done. So which datas should I install manual in Joomla so I can see also all modules of the template and I can start to work - there are four folders: as_template, as_quickstart, psd and extensions?
I hope you can answer me soon, cause I really need your help!
Thanks a lot!
Best,
El

Hello ELILRURU,
In case to have it exact like our demo preview you have to install this template using quick-start installation package. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/228-002063
it sounds a bit complicated with this demo server installation. So is it enough to install only the as_template folder (I know that I will not see the mpdules in that case), but when I put more info it will be ok.
So to start to work normally is it enough to install only the as_template folder?
Best,
El

Hello ELILRURU,
As we posted in our previous post, in case to have it exact like our demo preview you have to install it using quick-start installation package only.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/228-002063
I do not want to see it like the demo, so I do not have to install the quickstart package.
My question is which folders should I install. In the package there are four folders. Your installation services will cost more. So I think after bying the template, it should be ok for you to explain which one folder to install.
Thanks!
