that's exactly what I did. I've installed the Quickstart on my Local Server (for "learn & Play") and I copied step by step the Settings on my server. Actually I don't want the whole things of the demo-site on my Server. Have you any other idea? It's strange that it works with the free Version.

It is possible if you will remove the left sidebar, all modules from the left sidebar you can move in the footer.
I just bought one of the templates, I seen once where there was a page that had the layout of the website (template/map) can ou tell me where that is at
