Joomla! Template 002071 - Item Support

Hi AS Team! I am now working on the Login Form menu item for my site (not the Login module, but rather the menu item). Right now, the login form looks too spread out, with the user/password fields all the way to the left of the screen and the login button all the way to the right. I would like to fill in modules 10, 20, 15 and 22 (and 11 and 16 if necessary) with CSS generated images (that is a <div> with width and height, and background color, etc) using custom html modules, so that the Login Form menu item is centered and surrounded by the images. I am going for a look just like the one on your module position diagram, except the login form is on the center. However, it looks like the Login Form menu item doesn't have positions 10, 11, 15 and 16 available. Is that right or am I doing something wrong? Is it possible to activate those positions on that menu item? Thanks!
Hello INESROSAS,
What is your site url please. It will be great if you will provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel? The access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.

Hi AS Team! What are the possible values for the module suffix and menu suffix fields in the advanced options of the modules? Do you have documentation on that? I'd like to know what they are and how they impact upon the look and feel of those modules or menus. Thanks.
Hello INESROSAS,
This template doesn't have suffixes.

Hi AS Team! Can I have more than one AS Menu in the same page? I am trying to use the AS Menu module for my client area menu, in addition to my main menu, which already uses the module, but it makes the main menu disappear...
Hello INESROSAS,
Sorry, this template is designed to have one AS menu per page, but you may to config and use default Joomla menu.

Hi! A few weeks ago I discovered that when I add a Login Form to my menu while using this template, it does not show modules I have set to show at positions 10, 11, 15 and 16 (the positions that surround the main content area). Today I am noticing that the same behavior happens with the Single Contact menu item. Those 2 menu items take up the whole width available and although I set modules to appear in these positions on these menu items, they do not. Is this a bug? I am unable to share admin credentials with you because I am working on Localhost still. Is there a workaround you can suggest? Thanks!
Hello INESROSAS,
It is not a bug, this option is disabled if you have any form on your page, it can be enabled but we need an access to your Joomla admin panel.

Regards, AS Team.
Hi! Thanks for the quick response! If you need admin access, then enabling the option that will let the template show modules around the main content must not be simple, however, since I can't give admin access yet as I'm in Localhost, I have to ask, can you walk me through the changes I must make to enable this option? Thanks!
Another thought just occurred to me... If in order to enable these sidebars on pages with forms you need to edit the index.php file of the template, perhaps I can send it to you and you can comment out whatever is needed and send it back to me? I see a line in there that says && $view !== 'form' which I suspect is key to this...
I think I'm making progress... I was able to "enable" the 10, 11, 15 and 16 module positions on the form pages by removing a few conditional statements in lines 201 and 257 of the template's index.php file. I backed up the file just in case I broke it. However, the main content area for the form pages still takes up the entire 12 columns width and as a consequence, the left sidebars (10 and 11) are pushed upwards and the right ones (15 and 16), downwards. Maybe you can help me figure out where to make it so that when the main content is view=form, the width will adjust to make space for the sidebars if they are in use? I'm looking for the same behavior that happens when view=single article... Thanks!!
Hello INESROSAS,
As well yo have to make changes in the 'includes/includes.php file'.

Regards, AS Team.
Hi again! I found the includes.php file and made some changes and now all positions seem to be enabled in all views including forms. Yay! One last issue remains... Only on the contact form, positions 15 and 16 are inverted with position 22. That is, only on the contact form (this is not happening on the registration form or on the login form) positions 15 and 16 are rendered under the main content whereas position 22 is rendered to its right... I can't find a reason for this on the template... Do you have any idea why this could be happening? Thanks a lot for your help! I've made great progress thanks to it!
Hello INESROSAS,
We are sorry, without to see your site source code we can't help you.

Regards, AS Team.
Looks like I will need your help in solving my issue after all. I tried to solve it alone, so as not to start paying for hosting yet, but to no avail. I uploaded my site to a host.

I'll remind you of my issue. I want the Login module to appear in as-position-15 in all pages except register and login, but, the module positions are wrong in the Contact Us Form. I added ?tp=1 and confirmed it. Positions 15 and 16 are where 22 goes and 22 appears where 15 and 16 go. The Contact Us link is in the top menu. You'll see that the system is placing the Login module under the component, when it should be to its right like in every other page. I'll send you my domain and the admin panel access info through the Special info area under my Purchased items section of my AS account, like you said in an earlier post. Thanks in advance!
Hello INESROSAS,
We do not see any info yet under the Special info area.

Regards, AS Team.
oops! Pressed on the wrong Save button. Should be there now. Thanks!!
Hello INESROSAS,
It seems you made a lot of changes in the template source code, please restore everything to the original after that we will be able to help you.

Regards, AS Team.
Hi ASTeam! I did as you asked and I restored the original index.php file and the original includes/includes.php file. Now my site is back to the original problem which is that the form pages (such as contact us, register and login) do not have the module positions 10, 11, 15 and 16. How can I get these positions "enabled" for forms just like they are enabled for any other page. This thread has been going on since 2015-4-14 so please, before you answer, check the thread out so that you don't have me do something I have already done. The site URL as well as your super user credentials are available on the special info space under My Purchased items. Thanks in advance!
Hello INESROSAS,
We did some changes in the includes.php file, but your contact form still looks not good, it means you made some changes in some css files or other files, please check all files. Better is to replace all files, except the includes.php, with original files, you can download the latest version from your AS account and upload all files on your server via FTP.
Your site should looks like the following page:
