I have already tried al of that it is not working, I have been through this before with you and the solution was we sent you our log in details and you had to install the full demo package. The zip package installs just not the full package. Can you please install for us again as we are working to a very tight schedule.

Good day, I have identified the problem was the domain was not verified therefore access was denied because the domain was suspended. All restrictions have been removed so you can proceed with the demo template installation please, thank you.
