For your second website you have to purchase extended license, it will not be a problem of creating a new one form the backup with the updated license.
When someone clicks on an article of the module "featured home" the link opens in the same window. How can I set it up, that the article is opened in a new window ... in a simple menu I know how to do this, but in the module I cannot find this option.

Yes, it works with a menu items, but it doesn't work with the same articles when they are displayed by the module "articles newsflash - advanced" - they open always in the same windows. Is there any possibility?

The URL of the site is www.tr2.at - if you click on one icon, the article should open in a new window.
A short time ago - i think after an update of joomla - a new problem occured: at the contact menu item the contact form disappeared although it is set on "displayed" in the admin panel.

Fair enough :). I purchased a new license. Can you please fix the contact form? I'm planning to install joomla 3.7.5 later, is it also working there? Can you please explain what you did change? I wanted to buy the extended license for 29.15 but I got the regular one now and originally I purchased for multiple site's who I would like to fix.
