All overrides done under German(DE) language on the Languages: Overrides page, for the blog buttons you have to use 'Read More Text' parameter under article Options tab, see at the bottom of the page.

Can you please help I am trying to compile, template.less, but I get an error
variable @inputHeight is undefined: failed at ` font-weight: 400;` /public_html/addair2017/templates/as002083//less/template.less on line 128
An error occurred. Failed to compile.
I also get the error if i try to compile the original template.iess
1- I look in the css from template 002083
and I want to put the images square, they are currently oval.

It can be changed by editing existing css files or by creating your own css. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using DevTools or Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
