Joomla! Template 002022 - Item Support

Hello PAZDZIOR,
It seems you have a problem with your MySQL server configuration.
Check your MySQL configuration and ensure that your encoding is defined correctly. Add/edit the following lines to my.cnf or my.ini files, which ever your installation uses, you may have latin1 encoding instead utf8.

[client]
default-character-set=utf8

[mysql]
default-character-set=utf8

[mysqld]
character-set-server=utf8

Hello PAZDZIOR,
Can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel, probably there is another issue.

Regards, AS Team.
Hi,

I have enabled your access in my Joomla server. The details are in my purchased items - Special Info.

Thanks,
Pazdzior
Hello PAZDZIOR,
It seems you have cache enable on your server, can you please disable it? In Joomla we already disabled.

Hi,
I fact I do not have direct control on the server settings. I can control only the .htaccess file. I have commented out the <IfModule mod_expires.c> section.

pazdzior
Hello PAZDZIOR,
Please check your site, it should be OK now, but you still have a problem with your caching.

Hi,

I can see that the polish national charters are displayed correctly; however now when I click on the category I do not see any pictures. I can only see all of them when clinking see all - "Pokaż wszystkie".
Can you please check it?
Hello PAZDZIOR,
There is definitely problem with uni-coding and caching on your server, our suggestion is not to use polish letters in the category names, we renamed categories and now everything is working fine.

Hi,

This is strange actually. IN all other places polish characters work well. Do you know how I can fix the caching? Any advice?

Cheers,
Pazdzior
Hello PAZDZIOR,
Regarding the cache you have to contact your hosting provider.

Hello, i'm trying to center articles and it seems the template is config. to put content on left of the screen.
I have made articles very simply by putting tables, images and text. Everything works fine, except that no matter how i try to center the tables, article's content always end on the left side of the screen.

Can you please be so kind to tell me if i can change any setting on the template's config to make this happen?

This is a sample:

http://sauro3.tk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47&Itemid=177&lang=es

I would like this content centered on screen.
Hello CALIBURNO,
In your tables instead of fixed width: 668px; try to use width in percentage width: 100%;

Hello,

i use the free template Version and you removed your Copyright because i bought the premium Version of the template.
Now the site is ready to go online at the main Domain, but before i would like to place a menue in the footer on modul position 35 where your copyright was before. I already created this "Footer Menü" Module but the position is not in the list of Module Positions.
Can you enable this position for me?

Regards
Florian Mandl
Hello MANDLFL,
Please check your site, the position is enabled.

Hello again, i'm still trying to get my content centered.

If i put 100% width, all content goes all over the page. What i'm looking for is having the same width on the content no matter the width of the screen, but all the tables centered.

I have been trying several things but can't find where the template tells the content to show on left of the screen.

Customer wants tables centered.

Thanks

Hi, when I create a hyper link in the articles, the link doesn't show as a hyper link ie standard blue with the word underlined. I tried changing colours in the code to red for example but still no luck. Is there something I need to change?

Cheers
Hello CISCOKID,
Yes, you will need to make some changes in css files, what is the page url where we can see the link and what color do you want to have?
