Hi i just deinstalled my old as002022, and installed the new on i just bought.
it seems this doesn't doe the trick....
all content is still there, but menu is gone.
is there a way to fix it?

Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option to install the template over the existing one, the template should be updated by rewriting all files via FTP or only the changed files, the list of all updated files you can preview here: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-news/55-002022
Please do not forget about backup before performing any update.
If I try to let it run on php7.3 I get this error and nothing else shown on the site:

Since I installed SSL on my website, www.sloepweesje.nl, the main menu is not showing the sub menu's anymore and the slideshow is not working. Also on the first homepage the browser says it is not secure, but when I go to a subpage, there it says the page is secure.
How do I change the Header color from the black and dark grey to green please, I sent a mail and I didn't get any useful response. Am using the extended paid template! Please treat as veey urgent, never knew using your paid template will still be this dauntingly diffucult!!!

It can be done by editing existing css files or by creating your own css and uploading it in the style.custom.css file.
AS Template said you the author so why on earth are you still suggesting rather than answering?! My question is pretty simple and direct and I reiterate " "Which specific file and what line number am I to edit her code to change top-header, header, footer black and dark grey colors!"
Please I don't have the luxury of time to be going back n forth on this! Am getting disappointed at this so called support after paying so much!!
I need specifics and not suggestive answers, the template is your AS 002022 extended $39 quick start option!
I don't want to assume am being scammed here because I don't see reason why the answer can't just come straight!

You do not need to make code changes in the template files, the content you have to change via Joomla admin panel, but you need to learn Joomla first, here you can find Joomla documentation: https://docs.joomla.org/Tutorials:Beginners

Yes, you are right, it can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firefox Web Development tools
