The block is your page content area, you have to publish some article there, or you can remove the spacing by editing tmpl.default.css file the following class (line 4792):

Usually, It can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
If you check the page, you will see that the module does not display as we have it in the demo and as it appears in the frontpage before assigning it to the page. Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/718-002103
this template has series of bug. the Content - Load Modules plugin is not working even it is activated and has been confirmed to be working on other as templates. Please check and fix and let me know when done.

How can i change the color of the first 4 letter at the Logo section. e.g. in your Demo Page the letters "MOBI" from "MOBITECH" ?
With the "Logo font color" setting at the template you can only change the letters from the 5th. onward.

After installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. If i configure these settings, which are all empty by default, i see no changes at the Page!
I want to know to which parts of the Page which setting is related to!
It is very hard to find it out by "try and error".
If i take a look for the "template positions" which are available at your template by adding "/tp=1" it does not help really.
