This template comes with Demo content installer AKA QuickStart Package. If you install the quickstart package, your website will look like same as it is in the demo.

Yes, you can use it on any number of domains but again, the SP Page Builder Pro And Smart Slider 3 Pro does not include the license key.
They are just bundled with Pre-activated versions.

Simply replace the name in URL with the template name.
Like if you want to check the documentation of JD Fitness template, simply replace restaurant with fitness in the URL and you are done.
