Joomla! Template 002032 - Item Support

What size should my images be to fit correctly in the slider module? They are either way too small and don't fit in the entire rectangle or so big you can't see anything at all. I thought I found that they are 984x234 but when I resized to this it was still gigantic. Thank you!
Yes, that's correct, the size of the image should be 984x234.

Hello. I need to change the font color in HEADER ROW 1. I changed the color scheme to forest and the text is grey with the gold hover against a very dark green background.... I wasn't sure what css file I needed to access. Thanks!
In HEADER ROW 1 we don't have any text, so, may we ask you to provide us with an URL, we will check and let you know.

Oh! I am new to all of this... it's the breadcrumbs and it shows up really small in Header Row 1. I can't find where to go in and change the font color. Does that sound right? I am working on it local but could send you a screenshot if that would help.
Sorry, we have to see the source code, we can't help you in this case. Sorry again.

When I create a Menu Item Alias and choose Home as the menu item, when it actually navigates to Home both Home and the menu name buttons (i.e. About Us) are darkened. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

I am using the forest color scheme of the template. I am using Joomla 1.7 and am working on this locally before I go live this weekend so I can't send a link but I could e-mail you a screenshot if you'll tell me where to e-mail you. I can't seem to find an e-mail address to contact you.

Thank you!
Hello TCouncil,
There is some problem with css, we have to see the source code, the screenshot will not help us.

Help! I went live with my site this weekend and it looked like it turned out real good... however I had a friend check it out and his monitor is not a wide screen and I created the site on a wide screen. The drop down menus are cut off on the right side of the screen. Only with non-wide screen monitors. You can take a look www.palmettocharterschool.org. I need to adjust this so that you can see the whole drop down menu. Perhaps move the drop down to the far left of the header row? Thank you for your help. I am in a crunch.
Hello TCouncil,
In your case you have to ask for our services:

there is should be done some work.

How can I change the button colors in the main menu? This is why I need to.

#header .row2
{
width: 100%;
height: 200px;
padding: 0px;
margin: 0px 0px 50px 0px;
text-align: left;
background-image: url(../images/bg.header.row2.png);
background-repeat: repeat-x;

As you can see, I increased the width to 100% so the menu wrapped below my slogan/logo. Love that! But now I want to decrease the height to 118px so that the buttons are situated right below the header. So, they are actually on the white background with white text. That doesn't work. I am using the FOREST color scheme and can't find where I can make changes to the colors. I tried to change them in the General Configuration Parameters, but that didn't work and I wasn't sure which .css file they might be in.

www.palmettocharterschool.org
p.s. I had to re-increase the height until I can change the colors because our site is live and I need people to be able to see the menu links. So, you can't really see exactly what I am trying to do because I cannot leave it like that until you get back to me.
Hello TCouncil,
We checked your site, as we see, you have already done with increasing the size.

Regards, AS Team.
Yes! I have increased the size. However, I do not want it to be that height. I want it to be 118px, but this makes the buttons be on a white background. I need to know how to change the button color.

Thanks so much!
Hello TCouncil,
You have put the pattern to 'Custom' and then change the button background color, probably you will need to change other colors, or, you have to edit styles.php file, as example, look for the following class:

#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li.current a,
#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li.active a,
#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li.actives a,
#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li.current a:hover,
#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li.active a:hover,
#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li.actives a:hover,
#header .row2 #topmenu ul.menu li a:hover
{
background-color: #??????;
border-radius: 3px 3px 3px 3px;
color: #??????;
}

AS! That worked wonderfully!! Thank you so much! I appreciate you guys so much. You have made my life so much easier.
Dear AS Team... it's me again! www.palmettocharterschool.org

I have two things.

1. When I try to insert the Custom HTML for the Contact Us in position-2, I get this when I hit the e-mail icon:

[script type='text/javascript']... [/script]This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. [script type='text/javascript'] ... [/script]

2. I am not sure how I managed to do this... but somehow bg.bread.mark.png (little arrows that mark track you are) have moved up onto the text. I have searched and searched and tried to fix this but couldn't find how that setting changed. I compared my backup files to see where something may have changed and I don't see anything. If I rename the PNG, it goes away completely (obviously) so I must have done something somewhere!

Thanks!
Hello TCouncil,
Can you please contact us via ”Contact Us” page and provide with access to the Joomla admin panel, we would like to check this issue.
Unfortunately all is working perfect on our site :).

Regards, AS Team.
I sent you the login info to your Contact Us page... I did figure one thing out. The little arrow issue I am having only happens in Firefox! So, that's not a big deal. I will just change the location of the arrows and do away with it altogether.

However, I still am not sure about the e-mail issue I am having when you click the little mail icon in the custom HTML contact us module.
Hello TCouncil,

We found the problem with email blocking, you have installed an Email Cloaking Plugin, it is used to prevent email addresses from being harvested by spammers, but sometimes it causes problems, like:

'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.'

To disable the Email Cloaking Plugin you have to put the following before your email address: {emailcloak=off}

For example:
<a href="mailto:{emailcloak=off}email@yourcompanyname.com" >

We made all nessesray changes, it should work now for you.
