I just purchased the premium version, and am struggling now to get the main menu back as it was before. I used the manual installation.
I'd like to get the menu icons back like they were, and not show on separate pages, what should I do?

Hello MEDICINEBOWS,
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Hello
Thanks for answering promptly.
The problem is that my joomla installation isn't empty. I already added al the articles, menus, photos and so on.
Is it maybe possible to install the quick-start package and then use akeeba back up to to add my data?
Kind regards, Alex

Ok thank you very much.
When I was using the free version I was getting on my way. I thought updating to the premium version would give me more options.
Now I have to reinstall Joomla, to get back to where I was. I was thinking of changing back to the free version again, but it shows the same problems as the premium version. My main menu has completely changed as well.
I have to say that I am disappointed that buying a template to improve your website (in the making) takes you back so far that you have to start up again, just because the main menu doesn't show the things it is supposed to show.
Is it so that updating to the premium version made changes in my settings?
thank you

don't know what happened than?
All the templates I downloaded from you guys have their main menus changed. The horizontal main menu has changed, either into vertical menus or each menu item showing in its own page.
I'd like to hear some solutions, otherwise I have to consider deleting this expensive template as well.
For me it does not sound like a solution to just reinstall joomla with the template. How can I be sure that it will work? I am not interested in trying it on a local server.

Hello
I'd like to use the main menu on position 2. The problem I have while doing so, is that the submenu isn't visible anymore.
The reason why I like to have the main menu on position 2 is because I'd like to have the AS Slideshow on top followed by the main menu.
I am thankful for your help in this matter.

Hello MEDICINEBOWS,
We are sorry, but this position is not designed for menu, the menu you can put in position 1, like here: http://asdesigning.com/demo/asj33/
or in position 3 like here:

Hi
So I can't have the AS Slideshow on top of the page and beneath it the main menu on position 1 one?

Hello MEDICINEBOWS,
The menu should be published in position 3 if you need to have the slider on the top of your page and the menu under the slider.
