Good day. I need to change the background color to yellow and have check all the css code to no avail. Can you please direct me where to change the code. Client prefer a Yellow background with green menu items etc www.ancnortherncape.org.za/index.php

It can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin:
