I installed the AS-002035 using the Quickstart package how it is written in the Item Documentation. Everthing works fine, accept for one thing: I reach the frontend only by typing "/index.php" behind the domain. Can you help me?

Hello KAILING,
It looks like your server doesn't support search friendly urls, on your server, in the root folder where is your Joomla installed, try to rename 'htaccess.txt' file to '.htaccess', if it will not help you have to contact your hosting provider.
