How can I assign the same background to all pages? Now I just have the background that I want in the home page, but not in the others... Please, help me with this one!!

Where can I change the title of the website that appears in search engines such as google? If you go to google and type in RIDH, which is our website, it appears in the title "AS TEMPLATES" and it is confusing for people trying to find our website. Thank you in advance!!
