I purchased this item with Premium version but looks like no documentation included and available (besides this one mentioned for PAULBGREEN about module positions) in opposit to another premium templete I've bought here. When I "Click here to see the template documentation" for the installed templete in Templete Manager I'm redirected a "Joomla! 2.5 - 3 Template - TB Distinct - Item Documentation" and asked to buy it? Is this correct? Could you please supply me with the full documentation for this templete?

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

Hello AS Team, thank you for interesting matrials, however I've already took all the recommended steps and the issue remains. It looks like the splash page in the '2036 tempalte' needs the default Joomla Home page (All Languages) in the default main menu. And my question is how to handle this in multilingual environment and to remain the Spalsh Page? Regards

Additionally 2 next issues came up: 1) the translation into Polish language does not work on READ MORE buttons 2) translation for FORGOT YOUR USER NAME? and FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? on standard Joomla login form does not work. Can you hint me how to fix it?

Everything is fine, no necessary to check cache on your server.
Unfortunately you did not install this template using quick-start package, as result you did not get pre-installed Splash menu with all settings, also you did not have the background image.
We installed it for you manually, also made some changes in css files so the language switcher will look better, please check.
