after the quickstart (responsive) installation of Gemini, and instaling Piecemaker, cant see "cpanel" T3 and Blue horizontal lent.

Please note that the fixed layout and responsive layout templates are built on two different frameworks. There is a separate documentation for responsive version which has been provided with the template download files.
