I bought your template and I am completely frustrated with it as nothing is working as I thought it would. placing things in the positions is not working at all, some stuff that is listed in the positions get placed above not below.
Is there some level of support that comes with your product?
I admit I am new to joomla which is why I bought a template
But I have searched everywhere and can't understand why I have to have a small banner that says home and there seems to be no way to get rid of it.
I don't understand why when placing the slider in some positions it has to the text of "moo slider" on the page yet in other positions that is not there.
I don't understand why positions 35 and 23 25 and 26 consistently come up above positions 5 6 and 7 when the layout I see here in your documentation clearly shows me otherwise.
Which would be ok if I could just reverse it and then everything would be fine except the moo slider in any other position except 5 places the words moo slider on my page.
I was hoping to buy a template have it be easy and simple and not have to do any custom coding in the CSS.
But I am not finding that the case with your template. I was test this one first before I bought the additional two templates I need for the three websites I am building.
I have spent a good 20 hours trying many different things. I have re-installed the joomla and your template 4 times trying to get this to work, I have watched 4 hours of online videos on joomla and still I can get your template to do what your documentation says it does much less get it to look anything like what the demo looks like
I know you are going to say use the quick start but I don't want to install your version of joomla on my system I want to install joomla and know it running secure then add a template that works.
We are both aware of the implication of letting you install your version joomla on my systems and what other code could be in there.
Is this something you can help me with or should i write off the 24 dollars I spend with you?

Hello FILMHDVIDEO,
It seems you have old template version, our suggestion is to download and install the latest one, it is a responsive version which was completely recreated and moved to the native Joomla bootstrapped framework.
The template please install using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:
If I do the quick start is it installing a fresh install joomla software or installing the template on top of joomla?

I don't want to do that and give you possibility to have back door entry into my system with your install of joomla
if your templates requires back links to work you should have been honest about that on your website on the page where I watched the demo and told me that before I clicked to buy it
if the answer to just about every question I see on your forum is you must have an old copy then you are up to something
please email me the new version where everything works properly
as if you still have the old version up at your site then why are you not letting people download the new version and forcing them into your install of joomla why the tricks and games??????
if you can't give em a copy that works on my install of joomla I want my money back as I won't be using your template
