Joomla! Template 002040 - Item Support

Hello! Yesterday downloaded the demo version of the template. I found an error. When the user registration, after filling the form, after pressing the "Register" button sends an error page 404. What could be the problem and how to fix it?

If you switch on the site template-002050 registration work. A template-002040 registration gives an error 404. Please help me.
