but it is not displayed.

Good morning,
I'm having several problems with this template, the image logo.jpg not appear at all on the site, now replaces the file and it does not appear, another problem is with the menu, the effect mouserover on menus does not work, or not I can see the submenus of the site.
Can you help me?
