Hello, I have configured the site to my liking, but I see that when I make changes other people loading the site from their computers may not see the changes. Instead, they receive an older version of an article or a gallery. However, this is not happening on my machine.

I cleared the website cache in global configuration and disabled the cache plugin but to no avail. Is it a joomla design glitch maybe?
