When I upload and install QuickStart to Siteground, I got the warning like this:
"Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla."
How can I fix it?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hello KEVINLIAO,
Have you unzipped the package before installation? Did you check the template installation documentation?

Hi AS Team,
I unzipped the package and uploaded, installed as002041_quickstart.zip file from Joomla Admin page, Extension>Manage>Install. Is that correct?
I did check the template installation documentation. However, I don't have access to Joomla server which hosted on Siteground. I followed the method 2, but instead of upload package file 'as002041_premium.zip', I choose as002041_quickstart.zip. After unzipped, I only see two zip files, quickstart and template. Should I upload as002041_template.zip file?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hello KEVINLIAO,
Quick-start package cannot be installed via Joomla Extension Manager, it can be installed like regular Joomla installation, Siteground have to provide you with an access to your server files via cPanel or FTP.
