We just bought the template and we would like to ask you where from we can translate the header WELCOME in front page.
Besides how we can change entirely the place-position of as-position-6 below the welcome text and as-position-16

The page heading you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home menu item under Page Display tab see Page Heading parameter.
Sorry, the template does not have an option to change positions, it should be developed.
