The page heading you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home menu item under Page Display tab see Page Heading parameter.

Under the module advanced options tab you have to change/set the bootstrap column size to 3 columns.

Is it possible to place a module(s) in position 2 without having to link to a category
I have managed to place a module inside an article to get what I want but it would be preferable to me to place the module direct into a module position
If this is not possible do you have a template that I could do this in which has the same slider menu and news module positions
