Is there any documentation to go along with this template?
Many of the positions on your layout page do not correspond to where they are in the actual template. Do you have an up to date document of layout positions?

Is there anyway to install the quickstart material in an existing joomla site. For the life of me I cannot get the frontpage of the template to look like the example.

The main problem is that it is a live site and I don't want to loose the work that has already been carried out.
