I need to change "Meet Our Team" which I think is in your about tab on this template, however I can't find where to edit that. Can you help please?

'Meet Our team' is a blog page which shows articles from the 'Team' category, all this page parameters you can find in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Team Menu Item.
The articles you can find under 'Team' category in the Content -> Article Manager panel.
