Hello,
I purchased the AS002044 template for a Joomla 3.3.6 site. The images in the articles appear with a rounded-corner rectangular background and some shadowing. Is there a way to just have the images without any background. Thanks.

The site is in construction, temporarily in a sub-domain. I don't want the site to be publicly visible yet. Is there an email where I can send you the URL?
Thanks

Hello,
I'm having trouble changing the fonts of the main menu on my website. I have AS_Menu module at as-position-1, but any changes to font aspects (type, size, color) in the "Menu Options" tab of this module have no effect. I can change the font aspects on non-menu items just fine. Any help appreciated. I'd like to avoid altering the template's css/html/php code if possible.
Thanks.

Hi,
How can I check which version of the 002044 template I have installed on my? (I purchased the template back in October 2014).
Also, on Android mobiles, the content articles stop right before the elliptic blue block image at the foot of the webpage, which is good. However, on Windows (FFox & IE latest versions) the same text runs over onto the blue elliptic image. Is there anything I can do to stop this on Windows?
Thanks

Hello,
I have version 2.0.0 according to the xml file. To upgrade, can I just download the latest version?
The footer over-run problem doesn't show up as I added a few 'p' and 'br/' characters at the end of each article to stop it happening, but you can see it if you click on the "News & events menu.
Thanks

It seems you do not have css for the installed extension, or it maybe the installed css overrides the template's css files. Sorry, we can't help you in this case, we are not able to provide support to extensions which are not included in the package.

I also uninstalled the old slider with AS Slider but I just get the round circle cursor and nothing being displayed. The footer over-run is still there in Windows.

That's strange, as I can log in to my site with the username and password given in my account here. Note the caps on the "AS" part of the username.
