What files do you see after extraction quick-start package on your server?
Hello DENTALMED,
It seems the quick-start package was not fully unzipped, 1st please be sure you deleted all files from all previous installations, download the package one more time from your AS account, unzip the as002044_quickstart.zip package on your server, after unzipping you must to have 17 folders and 8 files, the proceed with installation accordingly to the template documentation:

i'm so sorry but i've downloaded unzip_me_first zip file another time, unzipped, find as002044_quickstart, unzipped, but in zip file there are 11 folder and 38 files..now???

What is the file size of the as002044_quickstart.zip package before unzipping? Try to unzip it on your PC and check.
We just downloaded the package from your AS account and checked it, the package contain 'extensions' and 'images' folder, 'as002044_quickstart.zip' and 'as002044_template.zip' files, after unzipping 'as002044_quickstart.zip' file we got 17 folders and 8 files, you must to have the same.
